Breathwork is an experiential therapy that consists of consciously controlling and altering breathing patterns with guidance or structured techniques. Some common goals of breathwork include promoting breaking psychological patterns, enhancing emotional resilience, releasing trauma, or encouraging personal growth.
What is a typical HypnoBreathwork session?
A typical session is around 25 minutes long. The session always includes at least 20 minutes of active breathing followed by 5-10 minutes of deep meditation.
Why makes HypnoBreathwork® different to other breathwork methods?
