What is breathwork?

Breathwork is an experiential therapy that consists of consciously controlling and altering breathing patterns with guidance or structured techniques. Some common goals of breathwork include promoting breaking psychological patterns, enhancing emotional resilience, releasing trauma, or encouraging personal growth.

What is a typical HypnoBreathwork session?

A typical session is around 25 minutes long. You can do it while laying down or sitting in a comfortable position. The session includes at least 20 minutes of active breathing followed by 5-10 minutes of deep meditation.

Why makes HypnoBreathwork® different to other breathwork methods?

A main differentiator of HypnoBreathwork® is that it’s quick and effective. You’ll feel it working within minutes due to different hypnosis cues and visualisation techniques, and a typical hypnobreathwork session lasts around 25 minutes instead of a traditional 1.5h-3h.
